About Our Organization

Our founder, Mr. A. Pandian, started SAPSONS by manufacturing Tube Expanders in a small space of 8ft x 6ft in 2000, during a global recession. With 17 years of previous experience in Quality Control, Designing, Production, and Marketing, he was confident in not only surviving but also establishing the SAPSONS brand in the Indian market. Despite poor market demand initially, Mr. Pandian started the marketing division to support the production of SAPSONS Tube Expanders by marketing well-established brand products in India.

The initial two years were full of struggle as Mr. Pandian worked single-handedly for almost 18 hours a day without any income. The quality of our products and after-sales service were the real marketing tools. By 2002, orders started coming in from customers who had received free samples. This success allowed us to expand into other parts of the Indian market and broaden our product range.

By the end of 2002, we had almost all the range of tubing tools required by Heat exchanger, Boiler, and Sugar refining vessels manufacturers and contractors. In 2003, we designed our first Electrically operated Hydraulic Tube expansion system, reducing job completion time significantly and receiving positive feedback from customers. We have sold more than 200 Hydraulic tube expansion systems within India and neighboring countries.

In 2004, we introduced SAPSONS Impact sockets due to market demand for quality sockets. This was followed by SAPSONS Torque Wrenches, Torque Multipliers, Spring Balancers, Tool kits, and Slugging wrenches. Today, under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. A. Pandian, we have a main office and manufacturing facility in Mumbai, additional manufacturing facility in Delhi, and sales offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu.

Our marketing division initially promoted Cable Jointing Kits and End terminations. Due to reliability issues with available Crimping tools, we began repairing and eventually manufacturing our own tools. Our performance in this area has been well-received, and today SAPSONS crimping tools are a well-established brand in India and overseas.

Our extensive business network allows us to deliver products efficiently both domestically and internationally, establishing us as one of the trusted Tools Manufacturers in India.
